QB Andre Woodson and 8 others signed by Giants
Quarterback Andre Woodson, the sixth-round draft pick who spent the season on New York's practice squad, was among nine free agents signed by the Giants on Thursday.
The Giants signed six other members of their practice squad: receivers Taye Biddle and Micah Rucker, offensive linemen Mike Fladell and Cliff Louis, tight end Martrez Milner and defensive back Travonti Johnson.
Also signed were running back Dwayne Wright and offensive lineman Orrin Thompson.
Woodson was cut by the Giants at the end of training camp and spent all but one week of the season on the team's practice squad.
