PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - Quarterback Donovan McNabb returned from a rib injury to throw three touchdown passes and lead the Philadelphia Eagles to a 33-14 victory over the winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

McNabb staked the Eagles (3-1) to a 21-7 halftime lead on two long scoring passes to rookie Jeremy Maclin. The first covered 51 yards and the second 40 as Maclin netted 142 yards receiving on six catches for the game.

The veteran quarterback also had a 20-yard toss to Leonard Weaver for Philadelphia's second touchdown. He completed 16 of 21 passes for 264 yards.

Reserve Michael Vick filled in for McNabb for much of the fourth quarter.

Vick, released from jail in May after being sentenced to 23 months in prison for bankrolling a dog-fighting ring, completed one of three passes for a yard and rushed four times for a net 10 yards. His longest run covered 11 yards.

Josh Johnson threw two nine-yard TD passes to Kellen Winslow for Tampa Bay (0-5), which has lost nine consecutive games over two seasons. Johnson was intercepted three times while connecting on 26 of 50 passes for 240 yards.
