Texans sign fullback Sapp, place strong safety Brown on injured reserve
The Houston Texans placed safety C.C. Brown on injured reserve and signed fullback Cecil Sapp on Tuesday.
Brown broke his arm against Jacksonville on Sunday and had surgery on Monday. Sapp spent five seasons with the Broncos and scored two touchdowns in 2007.
Also, Houston signed linebacker Kevis Coley to the practice squad and released tight end Clark Harris.
